Hello, my name is Nellie Hennen and I am the 1st and 2nd grade teacher here at OLP. I have been in Catholic Education for 38 years. My first teaching job was at St. Bernard’s in
Cologne where I taught first grade and then combined first and second grade for 30 years. I became the preschool director and teacher at Guardian Angels in Chaska for 6 years.
After leaving Guardian Angels I taught preschool 2 and 3 year olds at Little Saints Preschool St. Hubert School, in Chanhassen.
I am married and have six adult children and 12 grandchildren (the 13th grandchild is due in Dec.) My husband and I enjoy spending time with the grandkids, family, and gardening. My
favorite thing to do in life is dance!
